Which MacBook should I get?

Hi everyone,
I want to purchase a MacBook Pro for my degree, and I’m trying to decide which one I should get.
Here are my options:

M5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD for $1,450

M4, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD for $1,850

M5, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD for $2,100

I also have a powerful Windows gaming PC at home with 32GB of RAM for heavier tasks.
Because of this, I’m thinking about saving money on the RAM and just streaming/remoting into my PC if I need extra power on the go.

What do you guys think?
