Game freezes and then crashes? What are some possible solutions.

No matter if I put all the settings to the lowest option and close all background apps, the game freezes for a few moments and then crashes in the middle of a game, and sometimes in menus. I meet all of the minimum requirements comfortably and I've updated all of my drivers. But the game crashes nearly every game regardless.

A similar thing happens in FC 26, but not it any other games. Any ideas?
