Cz p01 vs 365xl vs px4 compact size

I currently only a 365xl and a beretta m9a4 centurion. I love the centurion and it fits my hand perfectly. I even carry it appendix sometimes. However I am looking for another option thats a bit lighter and a bit easier to conceal as obviously the m9 is a bit big. My 365xl is a bit small for me as I am about 6'2. I was just wondering if the P01 is a good step up? I checked gun hero and they seem that much difference in terms of. Just wondering if anyone has experience with both.

The main concern I have is the length of the grip, the thickness I’m not too worried about if anything it may fill my hands better. I was also looking at the ltt px4 storm compact, but that seems a bit smaller as well for the grip…
