I think i got serotonin syndrome

So i’ve been taking zoloft since about 8weeks (50mg), i‘m 21 now.
I also took it from when i was 16-19 but only 25mg.
I stopped bc i thought i didn’t need it anymore, turns out i do

But tonight something so scary happend.

I always took my dose in the morning or just sometime after i wake up.
But i noticed i was really tired during the day.
So i stopped taking ist completely for 2 days and started so take 50mg before i go to sleep.
I did that 2 nights in a row but on night two i woke up at around 7am. I had severe anxiety. My heart was beating extremely fast.
I basically felt like i spend the whole night doing too much coke …
I had the feeling like i was gonna throw up. Nothing felt real and i thought i was gonna be like that forever. My thoughts were so loud and didn’t stop and no matter what i did i couldn’t fall back asleep until like 10am. Also i looked at my boyfriend sleeping and i thought his lips were moving/shivering. They weren’t…
I was shivering and felt really cold and hot at the same time. My jaw was out of control shaking.
Now it’s 3pm and i’m awake. Most of it is gone but i can’t stop thinking about this night. I’m scared and don’t now if i should continue taking zoloft tonight. My anxiety is still very increased and i’m so scared of what happend.
Like i said i took zoloft before and this never happened.
But i also never skipped a dose 2 days in a row.
