How often do you go grocery shopping?

Kind of off topic for working moms but also everyone goes food shopping. My husband makes me feel bad for going food shopping once a week. He always complains that I just went to the grocery store. We’re a family of 4 so I spend about $300 per grocery trip, is that crazy? Groceries are expensive these days!
