New updates on the Python speech library I'm working on.

I'm very close to completing this library and after the major refactor I'm just shaking out any bugs until release. Anyway I've added an integration helper for frameworks like FastAPI.

You appreciate any feedback on API design and platform compatibility as I develop on Linux.
