Stuck.

Advice

Without too much detail, working in midwifery in the middle of a PIP, this is my second PIP in the rotation - just had a terrible run of working in this environment. It's not for me at all. My nurse/midwife grad program is meant to finish in 3 weeks and this PIP next week, management have indicated I'm improving but not at the rate that its likely I'll pass next week. I hate midwifery, I'm really done with the entire profession and I just can't do it anymore, I try to perform at 110% every shift being supervised and they somehow just keep finding comments after comments and attempting to be independent and meet the standards they want of independence in the PIP just feels so out of reach. I'm exhausted, I really don't want this to prolong past 3 weeks due to family commitments and I'm honestly ready to give up my mid registration at this point. If I quit I worry the employer will just make a complaint to AHPRA and I don't wanna go through that. Just feel so very stuck and trapped and I regret not quitting after I'd completed the first PIP. I'm crying every shift for small errors like messing up a cot check under pressure and being supervised by an unsupportive harsh educator when I can do it consistently well normally, and knowing that they'll write it down as a comment and it'll be linked as an example I can't maintain patient safety. I'm under so much stress and I just want it all to stop
