Need help buying bike

I learnt driving a bike in splendor and I am just using a access 125 rn which i can properly drive

I want to buy smth like a royal enfield or triumph as my first actual bike

Do you think I could just shift to and buy smth like 350 or 400 cc bike right away or should I do smth else
