Reservoir Park summer event lineup

Reservoir Park (at roughly North Cap and Channing St) has several scheduled events this summer, including two more live music shows (Aug 14, Sept 11 @6p), weekend fitness programs, and an ice cream social!

Went last night to see a great calypso band play in spite of looming storms that eventually caused it to be called early (though the storms never quite hit).

It was a relaxed and very family friendly vibe that definitely made me want to be drinkin' a Red Stripe down by the beach. There were probably around 30-40 people total, lots of kids and strollers, and some people even brought camping chairs and such to set up.

It seemed under-publicized, hence my attempt here to get the word out. Here's a photo and video for anyone curious. Come out next time if you're in the area!
