Goa from 18th-23rd July

I'll be going to Goa and staying there for 5N 6D and booked a stay near Palolem.

Suggest some less crowded and underrated places to visit which is safe and accessible for girls.

Really need suggestions for some cafe/restaurant/bar which is not very expensive and doesn't ask for a cover charge(minimal cover charge is acceptable).

Also planning a 1N stay in North for partying so any party places which are open at this time of the year and are not very expensive?
