Why does nobody talk about the Post-Pacifist Menu screen?

Theres always people who talk about Scenes like the ThornRing scene in Chapter 4 and the Genocide route overall in Undertale being Creepy, An while those are Unnerving i never really See people talk about the Post-Pacifist Menu screen when you do the True reset. (If your wondering what im Talking about, its this)

It embraces what Flowey said about in his dialouge, It tries to make you feel Terrible about the Fact that you can ruin the Perfect(?) Lives of every monster on the Surface and bring them back to the Underground.

Its even worse when you realize that the Annoying Dog isn't there on the Settings menu, Including Everybody else in the menu.
