Reasonable Adjustment after being found fit for work

Just looking for some advice.

I've been found fit for work and I'm currently waiting for my Mandatory Reconsideration. I've been trying to get a reasonable adjustment for how my Jobcentre appointments are carried out because my mental health and back pain make face-to-face appointments really difficult. I even got a fit note from my GP asking for telephone reviews if possible.

After weeks of going back and forth, they've only agreed to make my next appointment a video appointment. They've already said the appointment after that will be face to face unless I start a new health journey.

Has anyone else managed to get an ongoing reasonable adjustment for phone or video appointments without having to start a new health journey?
