Airtel broadband is piece of shit in mumbai

Do Not Buy Airtel Broadband internet Mumbai,

Hey everyone,

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration and to highlight the absolute gutter-level customer service being provided by Airtel Broadband these days.

My Airtel Broadband connection has been completely down for the past 3 days. Being a working professional, this continuous downtime has caused me severe professional and financial distress. For the last 48+ hours, the local Area Manager kept feeding me false promises like "it will be resolved within an hour," but absolutely zero action was taken on the ground.

But today, things took a shocking turn.

I called the designated Airtel Service Engineer, to politely check the current status and ask why the connection has been down for 3 consecutive days. Instead of giving a professional update, he got extremely arrogant and literally shouted: "Aap kaun hote ho puchne wale ki wifi kyu down hai?" (Who are you to ask why the Wi-Fi is down?)

When I tried to speak further, he went on to verbally abuse me on the call and abruptly hung up the phone.

As a paying customer, is it a crime to ask why a service I pay for isn't working for 3 days? This kind of unprovoked hostility, verbal harassment, and absolute lack of accountability from a prominent telecom provider is completely intolerable and mental harassment.

Steps I have taken so far:

Lodged an official grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

On top of that I can't also cancel the broadband service because they take 3 months payment at the start.

That's where the fraud begins. After installation you will not get any refund.

I have been using this shitty broadband for only a week since installation it's 3 rd time downtime is going on

First they took 4 days to install wifi after verification 2 days after that internet was down for 6 hours now it has been 3 days without internet with zero support from service team do but this pathetic airtel supply I regret it.

Please you don't.

Take caution.
