I am at my wits end with this.

Trigger Warning

This question may not belong in this subreddit, I don't know. This didnt start happening until I started taking meds.

I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 18. Didn't have insurance for a long time and it went untreated. I lived with it. When I was 30 I had a period that lasted over a year. Normally they would stop after 3 to 6 months. I finally had the insurance to start getting it treated. OB did check for endometrial cancer, I'm ok. But they started me on metformin, Spironlactone, a low carb diet, and birth control.

Went really well the first year, lost 70 lbs. The second year I started to get really constipated because of the low carb diet. Ended up getting my first UTI. I tried to go back up a bit with my carbs thinging maybe more fiber would help. Ive now had 4 in the span of 2 years. I dont know what im doing wrong. Ive started using wipes, wiping both sides independently. It seems to happen after I eat asparagus specifically.

I asked this here first because it didn't start until after I started taking my meds and I didn't know if anyone else has had this problem. I'm tired of being on antibiotics.
