I shipped my first app during my toddlers' nap times. Apple rejected it 6 times. It went live with 8 days of World Cup left.

Showcase: Free(mium)

After 4 years of maternity leave, the internet kept telling me AI had replaced programmers. So I tested it: I built KickIQ — a football quiz app where AI generates a unique quiz before every World Cup match — with AI as my "second developer," in 2-3 hour windows a day.

The App Review saga: a trademark hiding in Spanish keywords, a gambling rating for predictions with no money, a logout button the reviewer couldn't find, an IAP entitlement I misconfigured (fair), magic links being killed by email prefetching, and finally a reviewer typing a sandbox password into a passwordless login form.

Best part: the day after fixing rejection #6, I discovered my AI chat feature had been silently broken in production for 65 days. One missing env var. Caching hid it completely.

Stack: React Native/Expo, Supabase, RevenueCat, Claude API, PostHog. Wrote the full story here: https://keepyourmindrazorsharp.substack.com/p/6-apple-rejections-2-toddlers-and?r=1tukmi

Happy to answer anything about App Review hell, building with AI, or shipping with two toddlers.
