Need help finding a place

Hi everyone, I'm 21 and from the Inland Empire, I’ve been thinking about getting chin lipo for a while now. I have really stubborn fat under my chin that literally does not go away no matter what I do and it’s been bothering me for so long. I’m tired of avoiding pictures and being insecure :(

I’m willing to travel anywhere in SoCal like LA, San Diego, Irvine, Newport Beach and don’t mind commuting at all if the surgeon is actually good. I’m not trying to cheap out either since it’s my face, I just really want natural results and to go to someone reputable.

I think what’s stressing me out is that there are a lot of options and I don’t know how to choose. I’m leaning more toward a board certified plastic surgeon because med spas kind of make me nervous, but if anyone had a really good experience with one I’m open to hearing it. If anyone has recommendations or warnings, pricing, or just your experience in general I would really appreciate it. I’m trying to do a lot of research before I even book a consultation because I don’t want to rush into anything. Thank you to whoever responds! 😼
