Why don't more guys style their long hair? Or guys with short hair realizing you can grow your hair out, then style it sort of along the lines of "short hair" whenever you want to? I feel like the ability to have long hair but still style it "short" is such a huge versatility of long hair, you got so many more options. So fun to me to style my hair in different ways. Hair accessories other than ties are not just limited to women, even if you are a straight man like me. We need to remove this stigma against styling long hair, IMO. BTW long hair pic is just there for the long hair tax.

**Thoughts? Anybody else that switches up a lot?**

Also including my forearms routine once a week, guaranteed sick forearms gains:

Super strict reverse curl with straight bar: 2x14-24/to failure

Plate wrist curl: 1x8-14/to failure

Dumbbell wrist curl: 2x12-16/to failure

Reverse wrist curl: 2x12-16/to failure

Wrist abduction(empty dumbbell pin with a bit extra weight): 1x12-24/to failure

Grippers on another day, about to close CoC #2 very soon

Superset with whatever fluff if you want to be time efficient in the gym, legs isolation/shoulder raises/chest flyes/whatever, just do this once a week any time during the week(even at home). Ideally always do wrist curls by starting with a finger curl and ending with a negative finger curl to train finger flexors and forearms even more. Never use thumbless grip for training forearms, disengages all the thumb muscles of the forearm(bad idea if you want max strength + max size and definition). For max big forearms size + definition you need to train wrist flexors and wrist extensors, don't care if someone got "good forearms" already, they would have been even sicker if they isolated them.

NEVER USE THE EZ-BAR FOR REVERSE CURLS!! Takes tons of tension off the wrist extensors + all the secondary elbow flexors in the forearm, extremely bad idea. Straight bar ONLY and zero cheating unless for forced reps and negative reps at the end. If you are short on time or energy just do one set to failure each and skip wrist abduction, also plate wrist curls aren't necessary, I just do them for finger + pinch strength and conditioning sort of. Barbell/straight bar wrist curls: limits your ROM, ideally one hand at a time with a dumbbell or on cable for max ROM.

Also if anybody wonders what my clear skin routine is feel free to ask.

Why don't more guys style their long hair? Think it is wrong as a man?
