Cool afternoon tea

Looking for somewhere in Bournemouth and surrounds that does a decent afternoon tea AND has decent air conditioning. Ideally M&S food hall style super cold a/c.
any recommendations? I’m on medications that make me prone to heat exhaustion and I’d love to find somewhere to go for my upcoming birthday.
