UK guests staying onsite and wanting to pre-order magicbands through app

We're a family staying onsite soon and are wanting to get some magicbands for me and kids.

On the app when looking at our package booking, it gives an option for "choose magicbands" however when we click in it says they can only be delivered to US address. As we're in the UK it obviously doesn't let us make an order.

However, it does also say that for purchases between 10-6 days prior to the stay, they'll be delivered to the hotel. So once we hit that 10 days before our stay point, will it open up and allow us to pre-order them for hotel delivery, or does it stay closed for ordering as our home address is not in the US?

Just want to be sure either way, as we're planning on ordering from the disney store separately and having the package delivered to the hotel if we can't get them through the app. But I imagine that'll be a bit more expensive, due to the $6 package fee.
