Failing pancake LEDs

Are these things destined to fail? They’re about 5 years old, replaced 1/2 of them, all purchased from Home Depot. Is it the lights, or could it be something with the power feeding them? Thinking of tearing them out and putting in cans so the bulb will be easier to swap out if needed.
