At what temperature do people where you live start complaining about the heat?

I’m curious how people’s perception of heat varies around the world.

What’s the temperature where the average person in your area starts saying it’s too hot? Not necessarily you personally—just the general feeling where you live.

Does humidity make a big difference?

Since Canada is such a big country, I can’t speak for the whole country. But where I am, in Quebec, people generally start complaining once the temperature gets above 25–26°C (77–79°F). But our summers are often very humid, so it’s usually the humidity that makes the heat feel heavy and uncomfortable rather than the air temperature alone.
