i cant dude.i did iithng in summer vacation except completing my work.

i have not even done the whole 1st chap of maths completley nd is it compulasay to read all the text vefore the exercises cus in 1st assesment i only got 2 marks in mcqs where the hell they give mcq from??im having difficulty in mathsss. chem is also hard i mean the wordss???i have done 2 chaps of it physics not even 1st chapppp bio is also difficlty im having trouble in science sub im soo stressed out overstimulated my work is never completed nd im also depressed anxiuous idk wht to doo????????? ik study but at nght i watch series to caalm myslf nd i cant focus on day nd comelting workk pls help meeeeeeeeeeeee
