Baby wearing diaper in a park?

Hello!

My husband and I are travelling to Gdansk for a weeks holiday with our 10 month old. Now I was wondering if its controversial for babies to only wear a diaper in public. And by this I do not mean out on the town, in cafes or restaurants, malls etc. But for example if we were to have a lunch picnic in a park in the shade is it okay to let our baby only wear a diaper there? She's in a phase where she only wants to eat by herself which is very messy so I always just let her eat in diaper only, except ofc in restaurants and so on. I know it isn't illegal for a baby to be in a diaper only, but I would like to know what the view is of it in a the general public as we dont want to make anyone uncomfortable.

We are Swedish and here everyone basically does this without batting an eyelid 🤣

Also another question does most restaurants have baby seats? Or do we have to look for special baby friendly restaurants for a seat for our baby? She is a very independent baby so sitting with us is a no go.
