Need Advice: Transferring from UP Visayas to UPD EE

Hi! I'm currently from UP Visayas, and I recently passed the admission to UP Diliman BS Electrical Engineering. I'm also a DOST scholar.

I just wanted to ask if safe pa rin ba yung DOST scholarship if ever may mabagsak akong subject or magkaroon ng academic setbacks, as long as I process everything properly and comply with DOST's requirements?

Also, how difficult was the adjustment to UPD EE? Worth it ba yung transfer in terms of opportunities, academics, and overall experience?

Lastly, kumusta yung graduation rate? Marami bang nakakagraduate on time (4 years), or is it more common na ma-delay? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you!
