TDS statement not available for NCD's and bonds purchased through Upstox

Was filing ITR and Im seeing that the TDS statement for NCD's and Bonds purchased through the Upstox platform are not available for downloading.The amount is not reflecting in my 26AS and AIS statement too. Any suggestions on how to proceed
