Agency nurses at picketing hospitals

Are your shifts getting cancelled? My site hasn’t started picketing yet but I anticipate it coming. My agency has told me I’m expected to cross the picket line or risk the “repercussions” of altering my schedule/missing shifts without valid reason. BCNU reps on site don’t seem to know what the plan would be at this point either but are thankful I’m not planning to cross it. I’m not a scab lol. I don’t want to and will probably take the financial hit to support the nurses on the line.
