Anyone else unable to load into games?

Since infected front came back, I can't load into any game for the first 1-2 minutes. It doesn't matter if I use WiFi or data, keep the app open the whole time, close the app and reload the it. If I don't close it, I'm stuck on the loading blitz icon that overlays the queue screen. And, if I close and reopen it, it'll run through the "loading garage", 1st "connecting", "loading", and then get stuck on the last "connecting" for a minute or so.

When I finally do join a game, I have no loss% and sub50 ping, and no issues in other games that aren't WOTB.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
