Bonus tokens

I'm wondering if anyone has purchased the current black market pass AFTER reaching level 30 and still got the 10 bonus tokens for every level after 30? Are those rewards obtainable retroactively upon purchasing the pass?

I'm trying to do the math of whether one can still get those 2000 tokens without spending hundreds of bucks or nah
