should I wait and not buy? presale condo Surrey, BC

Hello I need some sound advice please first time home buyer here

currently I signed the agreement to a presale mid rise condo in Surrey,BC

I do still have some time to back out and get my initial deposit back

$350k 390sq.ft studio with parking, 5% deposit

unit is at the top floor and the bldg is a wood frame construction

I like the unit's layout and floor plan also addresses all what I'm looking for

bldg will be completed around the end of Nov this fall

I'm getting cold feet due to the current market condition of presale condos around the Vancouver area with so many units unsold that the market might crash.

I have no idea if this is a good deal and might regret it later
