will Dirty Bomb be active today??

i see on threads from the last few years that this mode is active on Saturday’s? i’m reinstalling it because i assume its better to knock the trophy out for it sooner rather than later. would anyone be able to tell me what time the lobbies start filling up? is it more europeans or americans?
