Can’t create new persona?

So I’m pretty new to Janitor, and I had already created two personas before this incident. While submitting my third, a quick message (which I didn’t have time to read) flashed across the top of my screen before disappearing. This happened the other times I tried to remake the persona. Anyone know what happened, how to fix, or what to do?
