Are Aldi and I Breaking Up?

Is it just me? Do I just have a bad store? Or is everything going to hell?

When I first started shopping at Aldi (about 10 years ago), I dipped my toe in and tried a few things slowly. Pretty soon, I was hooked. My entire grocery order came from Aldi - if they didn’t sell it, we weren’t eating it. The quality was amazing and reliable. I would buy anything.

Lately it’s just falling off. They’re out of half of what I need. They’ve stopped carrying some of my autistic son’s safe foods (IYKYK). They’ve changed some things. Things that should be easy to make (like pasta) are somehow getting screwed up. And it’s just ✨meh✨. Even the prices aren’t as amazing relative to the rest of the stores.

Every Saturday morning - I do my grocery planning and put in my Aldi curbside order. This is my second week not doing one because there’s nothing there I want.

I want my old store back 😭😭😭
