Cash out Question

I'm an android user that's been using Just play for 2 weeks now and using my own Paypal . I encouraged my partner who uses an ios device to do the same, since from what I searched it's better since it gives better payout. The thing is, she does not have a Paypal account, can I use my own Paypal for her to cash out. Or its better for me to just create a paypal account for my partner? Are there any instances you'll get banned or flagged if multiple account uses the same paypal account?
