I don’t expect to be invited every time, but… never?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 2 years now, and our relationship isn’t a secret. Our family and friends know we’re together.

Here’s what’s been bothering me. We have a lot of mutual friends. Most of my friends know him and friends niya na rin, and a lot of his friends know me too. I know the people he hangs out with—it’s not like they’re complete strangers to me.

Whenever I go out, I always invite him or make him feel welcome to join, especially if it’s with friends we both know.

But when he has plans with his friends, he never invites me. He always lets me know where he’s going, who he’s with, and he updates me, so it’s not about trust or thinking he’s hiding something.
What gets to me is that I’ve never been invited. Not even once. It makes me wonder if he just doesn’t want me there.

I completely understand that couples don’t have to do everything together, and I respect that everyone needs time with their own friends. But considering I know his friends and we even share mutuals, I can’t help but feel left out.

Am I being too sensitive, or would you also feel hurt in this situation?
