Dead Bedroom Marriage/LTR Temptations?

Being married or in an LTR that's a dead bedroom situation, have you ever been tempted to or have you ever lost control and had sex with someone else?

I ask because when the HS hits hard my brain just tells me to search for a willing body. I avoid certain situations or places because I know it would only weaken my resistance to not seek what my head says I need.

I love riding my motorcycle, but I either don't ride or I ride without any pit stops. Being on a motorcycle actually attracts people and puts me in a situation to lose control and do something that can hurt my partner.

Has this happened to you? What have you done to resist and if you didn't resist, how do you handle your feelings afterwards?
