First ever trip in November. Ride questions

We are planning my first ever trip to Disneyland for November this year and I was wondering if rides, especially outdoor ones like big thunder mountain, are usually closed during cold season or in case of snow.

Also is there any way to anticipate the approximate opening hours during that time of the year? We are planning mid of November (the week of Monday 16th) if that makes any difference
