Need advice for my neighbourhood boy

Hello people,

My neighbourhood boy is facing issues with the ranking allotment.

What he said is his ranking is 8600 and after round 4 he saw allotment has been done up to 25000 but he didn't receive any info on participating. Not sure how this works. Correct me if I'm wrong on this fact after current round.

He is trying for NIT's

He already emailed jossa and they told him everything is automated he should be receiving it as per the system.

Any advise on how to proceed?

He is very determined on getting in and trying my best to support him in some way.
