She wants to talk to me, but she doesn't.

I already made tons of post about this but today somthing different happened so here's a little a context i know a girl we know eachother since 3 years in starting we spent good time talking but when my jee exam came near and her neet came near she started to ghosting me ✌🏻😔.

when i ask she say she maybe cause me distraction and all then that's why she doing but after my exam she didn't responding good late replies not dry btw* but after around half a year i got frustrated and block her and all. Then unblock 🙂 coz i miss her and all after she couldn't clear neet in 1st attempt so she is preparing for 2nd attempt and re neet then she keep late replies ✌🏻🫩 after reneet she talk around 2 days then she mentioned that she have another exam on 15 july,

now context is clear 🤓 heres the main question 2 days ago i chat with her. She vanish bw convo so i say "you don't wanna talk w me?" Today she replied "i want" should i consider it as good sign? And wait till 15 or don't overthink and try to move on? 😔✌🏻
