Forgot to withdraw my admission

Hi, there

In the 1st round, I got a seat in one of the affiliated colleges so I paid the fees & opted for upgrade but I didn’t get the main department. I forgot to withdraw my admission.

How can I withdraw my admission & get my fees back ?
