Software Update… finally

My phone finally forced me to auto update to Liquid Glass/iOs 26, which sucks in its own right, and I was curious about any new settings I should disable with the new update. I already found and turned off the “Learn from this app” in messages that allowed Siri to learn from how you use messages to suggest things?? And I deleted Apple Maps because it said maps may now show local ads based on your current location. What other hidden privacy settings should I toggle off? I’ve also turned off Apple Intelligence, so any tips you can give to make my phone as anti-AI as possible would be great!
