First Trip to Cabo – Looking for Family-Friendly Recommendations!

Hi everyone! My family and I are heading to Cabo for a wedding later this year, and I'm hoping to get some recommendations from people who've been there.
We're thinking about staying at Villa La Estancia on Medano Beach and would love to hear if anyone has stayed there. Did you like it? Is it a good option for families (ages 10, 8 and 3)?
I'd also appreciate any recommendations for:

1. Family-friendly activities (beaches, boat tours, snorkeling, shopping, etc.)
2. Great restaurants (casual or nicer spots—we're open to anything!)
3. Reliable transportation companies or private drivers. The wedding venue is about 20 minutes from Villa La Estancia, so we'll need transportation to and from the venue and would love recommendations for companies you've personally used.
   Any must-do experiences or tips for first-time visitors to Cabo.
