I can't defeat Cetana nonpsionically! What am I supposed to do?

I've played against the Cetana crisis several times now over my 2,778 hours at this game, and the ONLY time I ever managed to beat her was the time I got the alternate animator of clay ending.

Clearly I'm doing SOMETHIGN wrong, but I can't figure out what. How do YOU go about it?
