What helped your hg?

I was recommended this group off the pregnancy subreddit. I’ve read so many post and it all feels so validating. I haven’t been officially diagnosed but I did the hers test and my results stated severe. Hopefully at my appointment this Wednesday my ob finally agrees.

In the meantime I’ve been out on two different nausea meds as well as an overnight medication and I’ve started iv infusions. Obviously the nausea is still there throughout the day. I’ve tried everything I could think of to help on time of all the medications but figured ask here if there was anything you did that was unconventional that seemed to help?
