People who cook, where do you get quality vegetables and fruits around IISc?

I have decided to cook (not in the hostels though 👀) whenever I feel like it.

I don't speak Kannada so I don't have confidence approaching street vendors and then standing there dumb when they don't understand me. Where are some vendors that would understand Hindi so that I can buy stuff?

Or would buying online be a better option?
