C6 GS or C7 Z51?

I recently sold my C6 but already miss it so I am getting another corvette. I am debating between a C6 Grand sport or a C7 Z51. I just can’t decide. I would use it for a daily driver when it’s warm out and take it to travel across the country (U.S.) or just whatever. My cammed C6 I had was a beast at highway cruising. It was getting 36 MPG! I didn’t love the interior and yes I know people don’t buy C6’s for the interior but living with it was meh. But anyways now I can’t decide which one I should get. I want something that can handle good. I am not tracking it but like tail of the dragon and roads like that I would like to feel confident in the corners. I am also thinking of an Alfa Romeo, Camaro SS 6th gen, and a Jaguar F-Type P450. If you have any other suggestions or thoughts please let me know.
