Social interactions kinda changed, but what does it mean?

So your typical Audhd transbian here... I'm a litte more than 1 1/2 years on HRT and mostly pass as cis. I noticed quite a few women smiling at me when I walk by and I'm dressed nicely and feminine. Do they smile, because I look good, or confident or do they notice I'm trans? Did that chance for some if you, too? I don't want to read too much into it, but somehow people around me changed behavior and I wanna know why... Is it just typical women behavior? Pls help :3
