£35 loan req, repayment 23/07 - Revolut/ PayPal for emergency maintenance

in a bit of an emergency situation my place has stopped having running water. It is extremely hot inside my place and I need a small amount to cover essentials and stock up on water for my cat as well until it's fixed since maintenance wont be able to come until Monday.

I do currently have an active loan but have gotten permission to request for another - verified under original post
