Authenticated Fake

I bought a watch on VC that I know is counterfeit and did not match the description the seller posted. I asked for photos and explanation of their authentication process. Repeatedly they claimed it ”meets the standards of the brand”. I explicitly told the customer care that I don’t consent to this fake being listed under my name and I’m demanding a full refund. They sent the same reply over and over and listed the item under my name anyway.

Has anyone had success with challenging their authentication? How did you go about it?
