Puerto Rico constitution day travel

Hello we are looking to travel to Puerto Rico July 24-29. We noticed this is a holiday weekend for the country. We were wondering if this is just a single day of extreme business on the island or if the island would be slammed during our entire trip and maybe we should postpone. We are looking for a relaxing low key getaway for our anniversary. Thank you in advance
