kitten smacked his temple against doorframe

we were playing and he gets a little too crazy at times, doing spins and summersaults and he ended up smacking his head around the temple area on the doorframe. he immediately wanted to play more and continued to play for about 3 minutes, now he's super sleepy and laying/purring on me - could he just be tired from playing and maybe throwing up his food earlier? (he threw up before the head thing, not after, if it was after i would immediately be at a vet) idk i have ocd and the smallest things make me spiral but hes only 15 weeks old & ive only had him for 2 weeks and hes my world 😭 hes a tabby cat, male
